Are You Writing?

“Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does” (1 Chronicles 16:24, NLT).

“Write every day, line by line, page by page, hour by hour. Do this despite fear. For above all else, beyond imagination and skill, what the world asks of you is courage, courage to risk rejection, ridicule and failure. As you follow the quest for stories told with meaning and beauty, study thoughtfully but write boldly. Then, like the hero of the fable, your dance will dazzle the world.” ― Robert McKee

Congratulations Evangeline!

Evangeline just published the book she has worked on for the past 2 years!  A Seed of Hope is a devotional book that encourages those dealing with infertility (over 7 million women in the U.S. alone who suffer). She wants women to know that infertility is not too hard for God. Enjoy her story and share it with others.

It is available to the public on Amazon as an ebook at http://www.amazon.com/Seed-Hope—Gods-Promises-Fertility-ebook/dp/B007R0BT4C/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1334554872&sr=1-1.

Opportunity from a friend of Donna Goodrich:

I’m putting out feelers for someone who might be interested in writing memoirs for a man in Sun City West. He’s 80 years old, a vet with amazing stories to share about the war and his life as a 12th generation German-American. I am not interested in writing his story. After we met today and talked, I can say that he is “looping” a bit and told me the same stories a couple of times” so I am glad he wants to tell his story while he can. He wanted to contact a lawyer and write up papers, so I think he has money to pay.

I told him to pick out four periods of his life that he would want to write about first. (Just to give him something to think about.)

If you know someone who might be interested in spending time with this intelligent, dapper, old gentlemen that will keep you on the edge of your chair, please pass this along.

I will be leaving on a four to five-month trip after retiring in April and will be working on my book, “Preachin’ to the Pastor.” Fun days ahead!
